Most Niteans' countries went down 0.01 in cost of living, except for Ukraine which went up 0.01
Probably due to remote work people are spending less on commute, leisure and city center rentals
Most roles went up 3% to 4%, except for Project Manager role which went down 3%
This is consistent with my personal anecdata -- friends in managerial/product roles are finding it much harder to land new jobs than developers/designers because of sudden flood of remote candidates
EU inflation was 5%, USD inflation was 6.8% I assume salaries have some catching up to do and will increase futher next year
