make it so the ui isnt tiny on my setup

@authaldo plz test as well in as many setups as you have, i only have "docker + 4k monitor + 150% fractional scaling" and "docker + 1440p monitor + no scaling"

note: this might also affect window size restoring

Unfortunately I only have my normal setup which doesn't require any rescaling. There it works well but that doesn't test too much of your new functionality. At least none of the old functionality seems to be influenced
