Alert level not switching back #221

When I'm logged in as Ted Barnhouse, I can't get the alert level traffic light to go back to green. I tried deleting all the active incidents, but this didn't have any effect - it is still red. When I tap into the link under Zetacomm Corporate I see a list of Org Units and Zetacomm Corporate still has a red indicator, all the rest are green - but there are no active incidents. Am I mis-understanding something or is this a bug?

The alert level is the maximum alert level for the current org unit and is recalculated when an incident is deactivated in the mobile UI. It is now also recalculated when incidents are removed.
