User not correctly redirected and activated #243

Seen this while in Cambridge with a Continuity instance called "uk": user account never receives the activated status (after logging in) and the user isn't redirected to the correct instance.

@arshadkhalid created this issue for the issue we saw in Cambridge in the 'uk' instance (test for BlackBerry).

Issue was caused by the brilliant naming of this instance ("uk"): while creating a username for any user in that instance, Continuity assumed that "uk" was the country part of the username, not the organisation part... Users ended up with a name like CN=username/C=uk.

Corrected by it forcing that the organisation part is always added to the username as O=
