Create a page in the application that allows a system administrator to check that the system is running correctly:

sessionAsSigner can be used
mail can be send
connect to directory database
create a user in the directory database
...

Test page added with the above described tests (systemTest.xsp). For users with the 'hosting admin' role, a menu option is added in the top menu bar (web interface) to access this page and run the tests.
