This screen needs to be structured by Org Unit, then by Scenario, then by Tasks, with unallocated Tasks listed at the bottom after all the allocated Tasks.
The Add Task form needs a bit of re-ordering. The title field should be at the top, then the Scenario field (which needs to be mandatory, not optional - so that the form cannot be saved unless the Scenario has been allocated)
The field labelled “Type” in the Add Task form should be labelled “Task type” for greater clarity. Also “type” should be replaced by “Task type” in the Tasks screen overview, to avoid confusion with Plan Types.
The field labelled “File” should be labelled “File attachment” for greater clarity.
I wasn’t able to remove the Plan Type attributes from the Tasks data object, after I had removed all the Plan Types. It would be useful to have a “Remove all” option at the bottom of this form section (and any form section which uses a similar selection structure).
