Ok makes sense. We should also distinguish what should go into tea-docs versus wiki so not to have duplication.
edit to say that after reading issue #8 it sounds like we will need to decide what stays on the teaproject.org site and what gets moved over to GitHub wiki.
what is on your mind? Wiki is mainly customer-facing and frequently updated. Tea-docs is developer and investor facing, less frequently updated

Ok I think after each phase is done, like this next phase is Raft consensus, then we can do that as part of our end of phase process to re-evaluate what in the wiki should now move to tea-docs.
done
@geopor if you have any special requirement, please add here. if you do not have, we can just add a wiki header after documents, link to our github wiki.
I did not add the link to the home of our teaproject repo, is because the wiki may have more interesting content. It is easy to user to go back to the home readme but harder for them to find wiki
