did not handle obsidian images tag #21

This tag is commonly used in Obsidian

Example is https://github.com/tearust/tea-docs/blob/main/Blog_and_Vlog/Epoch_3_What_is_new.md This tag should be converted to what ![](Pasted image 20210829140043.png) be converted to.
