The images are not displayed WEBP the first time you load the page

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Just upload a html with a imagen WEBP. I load an example here: 
http://www.paginaswebynnova.com/aplicaciones/webp30/test.html
2.In Chrome, the first time you load the image is not displayed
3. When Refresh de site, it appears

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
In another example use javascript to detect the browser and display an image 
webp or jpg. Here is another example:
