Integrate with SauceLabs #77

Sauce is free for open-source projects:

Maybe we should add an easy means to connect to Sauce using NewRemote or a new function,
Maybe we should hook up Travis to use Sauce?

I still think local testing will be faster, but I'd love to not have to maintain vendor/init.go and require us to download dependencies.

Note that as of this writing, their Platform Configurator has not been updated to include recent browser versions that work with Selenium 3. There is another capability to specify the version of Selenium:
