Peculiarity of Pie chart Tableau

[x] 1. First thing is you can't make contour of parts of pie chart.
[X] 2. In our case we join several measures, but we can't label each part like measure name.
[X] 3. Measure Values colors depend from value, not from names

To fix the color of Measure Values you should select your measure in color marks with right click and select "Use separate Legends"

Then you can edit format for each measure.

You can select border in color settings.
