Move over codebases #37

Description

The new repos for the codebase are available:

the package should live in https://github.com/tech-acs/vstables

the pipeline should live in https://github.com/tech-acs/vsreport

@rcatlord should have admin priviledges, as does @tbelay for both.

@diego-ons @rcatlord I added him.

But we suggest, vsreport for the package and vstables/vspipeline for the configuration repo. We envisage the product to be more than tables.

I am happy for the names to be switched so that it is vstables for the pipeline and vsreport for the package. I hadn't heard anything about vspipeline until now. Happy for you to go with that and delete the other package. Confirm with @rcatlord tomorrow.
