Introduce SchemaSpy docs browser #102

In the Documentation section, of TechBD Hub we should introduce a new tab called Schema and when clicked it would allow static browsing of SchemaSpy-generated documentation in the target/site/schemaSpy directory. The best thing to do is use the SchemaSpy Maven plugin but any other technique that works is fine too.

@alan-francis @vinodaravind01 @rinshadka in SchemaSpy browser we should be showing all the schemas -- ingress, ISLM, orchctl, etc.

@alan-francis @vinodaravind01 the ISLM (info_schema_lifecycle) schema is not showing and should be.
