PeopleTec is currently seeking a GMD SE Infrastructure Lead to support our Huntsville, AL location.

Candidate will support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA)Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) Systems Engineering (SE) Directorate.

Duties Include:

The GMD SE Infrastructure Lead coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to MDA on Information Technology (IT), cyber and facilities requirements to execute complex projects.
Planning, budgeting, scheduling, executing, and monitoring all stages of a project to completion and continued maintenance.
Other activities include participation in weekly engineering meetings, property management, GME manpower management support, GMD SE space management.
Presenting updates and providing recommendations courses of action to the Government customer.

Required Skills/Experience:

7+ years of professional experience
Knowledge of engineering, cybersecurity, facilities and IT processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proficiency in SharePoint
Ability to develop Qlik Sense Dashboard
Advanced organizational, written, and verbal skills required
Ability to work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub-contractor and supporting contractor personnel
Travel: 10%
Must be a U.S. Citizen
An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

Education Requirements:

BA or BS Degree

Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas and produce and present clear, concise, well-organized, and audience-relevant presentations and documents
Ability to create a positive, collaborative working relationship with representatives and stakeholders from external organizations
Ability to understand engineering project cost, schedule, and technical relationships and interdependencies
Ambitious with eagerness and capacity to learn in a fast-paced technical environment
Interpersonal skills enabling successful collaboration internal and external stakeholders to MDA
