PeopleTec is currently seeking a Senior Test Engineer to support our Huntsville, AL location.
Candidate should have 15+ years of systems and Integration testing engineering experience as well as the understanding and experience with customer requirements elicitation, capture and documentation. Candidate must have understanding of system requirements decomposition and have experience generating and tracing requirements in a requirements management tool and be able to generate Integration Master Test Plans (IMTPs). Candidate must possess in-depth practical and theoretical technical engineering knowledge. Candidate must be capable of working independently, as a team member, or leading tasks to solve engineering and scientific problems within a research and development environment. Candidate must have the ability to effectively communicate by verbal and written methods to include face-to-face, phone, briefs, emails, information papers, white papers, executive summaries, agendas, minutes, plans, and reports.
Required Skills/Experience:
15+ years of relevant Systems Engineering and/or and Integration Testing experience Experience executing classic systems engineering principles and processes for defense systems Experience with requirement allocation, traceability, verification, and validation planning and execution Ability to identify, develop, and maintain stakeholder requirements Strong critical thinking skills Strong oral and written communication skills Travel: 5% Must be a U.S. Citizen An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment. Education Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in an Engineering-oriented, Applied Science, or Physics discipline or related field is required.
Desired Skills:
Experience with operational flight testing Knowledge of MDA systems, to include Targets and Countermeasures EOE/Minorities/Females/Veterans/Disabled
