File Open Selector #62

Adding file selector (chooser) would be simple enhancement, but helpful.

I think that Tomas already implemented this in the trunk.

Yes, I added file choosers (and combo boxes) to the settings panel. This is 
related to the issue 16, see

You'll have to build SolrMeter from trunk, see 
http://code.google.com/p/solrmeter/wiki/Usage#Compile_from_trunk
