Can't restart an executor without reseting a test #64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start the query random executor
2.Stop the query random executor
3.Start the query random executor again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is expected to the test to be restarted, instead, SolrMeter won't restart 
and an exception will be thrown to the log.
