publish to scalajs #4

I see that bigintegers is the main problem that blocks spire from adding scalajs support ( https://github.com/non/spire/issues/321 ), so it will be great if you will integrate your bignum lib into scalajs.

ya, will create a pull request some time this month. :+1: very busy with work.

Any progress in publishing to scalajs?

@antonkulaga I started it, but i figured out it's too much work. coz I have to change the api(to match the java one). And I Don't have BigDecimal implemented.
