@sianghung This usually happens when AppId and AppKey are incorrect. Please check if they are right.
If they are correct and FAQs are not loading please share us the APK of your application at support@freshchat.com.
Hey, @MuthuFD I also have this problem. The appId and appKey are correct. The FAQs have the same behavior.
@orest-zhuromskyy Please confirm that you are setting domain while calling SDK init Domain details will be available in Settings -> Mobile SDK.
It was working fine previously, but after I changed my API key to point to a new Freshchat instance in the EU region, it just keeps loading forever when showConversation is called. No error is shown either.
