Suggestion to run WindowsAgentAIOInstall.ps1 directly as admin #14

Replace " #Requires -RunAsAdministrator " by a condition to run the script directly as administrator for easier deployment.

I have made some changes to the file since so I wont merge this, I am happy adding the lines to the top of the script, or would you rather do a new PR?
