Windows Powershell-Script always pulls fixed version of rust - not latest. #65

Right now, the script pulls versoin 1.2.2 of the rustdesk-client. Version 1.2.3 is out for a long time now. It would be easier to have a direcotry called "latest" in the git-repository of the rust client and let the clientinstallers fetch this (or update the installscripe accordingly.)
