some fixes and pretty color gradient

fix text shortener breaking text color byte sequences
fix mo_norobot total (no unitdefs but at least it shows total)
fix aifaction plural grammar (Robot's ("unit squads") -> Robots ("unit squads"))
add very pretty color gradient
adjust font size + positioning
significant pruning of unitdef name arrays. big step closer to gadget agnostic gui.
