Adds ability to specify static list of auth tokens #19

Obviously this isn't super secure. But it at least protects against the case where a bot finds your web service and starts trying to abuse your service.

Allows you to specify multiple tokens so you can phase out old keys over time
Care was taken to prevent timing attacks
Adds e2e tests
