BQT Contribution Guide Improvements #99

Converted bulleted list to numbered list. Minor grammar improvements, punctuation, and capitalization.

Just an update - throughout the day today and this weekend I will continue to suggest changes to the contribution guide, until the steps are fully clarified.

feel free to put that all in this same PR , will leave this PR open untill you say it's rdy to merge

Hi, this is ready for your review/merge. I added more clarifying steps and support for beginners. Apologies for taking longer than I said I would - please let me know if you have any criticisms or questions!

You can preview your page here, you'll see some lines aren't on a new line. Whereas they're on a new line in Obsidian. e.g.

This can be fixed by adding 2 spaces at the end of a line.
