The new version didn't build because of an outdated lock file. Addressed it plus added the previously mentioned GHA job to keep it in sync.

Sorry to ping you @cnuernber, but this PR needs to be merged to make https://github.com/techascent/tmducken/pull/15 work.

Without this the described README.md process of building via nix build fails.
