Starting game also starts SteamVR #40

Not sure if there's some hidden VR support (oooh that'd be amazing) or just a default Unreal Engine configuration.

Pretty sure it's an Unreal Engine settings thing.

The controller is built to handle VR but it's disabled as we work out some bugs with interacting with computers while in VR. I'll correct it so it doesn't initialize
