Hand inventory bug #53

The PDA (and presumably other items) can't be moved from main hand to off hand. After moving the PDA out of the main hand, it cannot be moved back in after it's been placed in another slot.

After further testing, the MultiMeter can reenter the main hand, but the screwdriver can't.

Fixed in next release. Overhauled inventory system.
