That weird ground effect is weird #79

Here's a poor quality GIF. Poor quality GIF is poor quality, try it ingame.

Stare at the ground for a bit where there's sand, rocky sand, and rock in your vision. Watch as that weird ground effect does its thing. There's something off about it.

I like it actually, but maybe it depends on graphics quality?

I'll need to verify in game but appears to be a texture streaming issue but could also be a detail texture issue. Will check

Okay so @andyleap made a good point earlier. There is a sand/wind shader active on the landscape that's suppose to give a subtle indication of a moving atmosphere but judging by the gif there is some issue with it as it relates to lighting/shadows thats giving the bumpy effect. We are looking into it
