Shilpi I really like the design. Nice Work. I have a small suggestion for the PR, would you mind putting it inside the mockup directory on the root instead of the assets one inside the community_app_boilerplate directory.

Also, in this or a new PR could update the README and put the mockups there as well so that others can see your work and use it as a reference to build the app
