Create a web page gh-pages branch which contains:

The description of the project
A few lines about the goals
Tech Stack Expected
Parts of the project ecosystem: the app, website(and as we progress further addons)
Programs Previously a part of:
- GirlScript Summer of Code'2020
- Rails Girls Summer of Code'2020
Number of Contributions, Pull Requests, Issues
Mentors(Previous+Current)
Project Admin
A comments section where others can share their experience(take reference from here: PyImagesearch

create a web page inside docs folder of this repo which basically contains the summary of the project and related information as provided in the ReadMe

@smaranjitghose About the webpage, We can choose a template that goes with the design of the application. Where do we plan to use it?
