The following data needs to be scraped from the CA Assembly Daily File and CA Senate calendar:

floor session info
committee hearing info

Once this can be run locally with some sanity tests (described below), further direction is needed to determine how these scrapers fit into the big picture...

After some exploration, I'm getting some promising results with the playwright library for Assembly DF scraping, commit here.
