kickstand logic not right #4

Logic is incorrect for kickstand, allowing the bike to be in gear with clutch out and kickstand down. That condition should disable ignition power.

This will have to wait until the hardware is updated to actually control ignition power

With the V2 hardware, which is now fairly old, I added a few relays to to the expansion port, enabling direct control of ignition power and the software supports it as well.
