2 years ago Been thinking about this for a while. Here's an idea, specific conditions and control sequence:
Bike on engine off in neutral kickstand down killswitch off headlight on low press brake 1,2,hold on 3 while holding brake flip headlight to high beams -- indicators double flash, headlight starts blinking-- now in pairing mode, timeout after 10 seconds
will that work?
There is no easy way to pair the companion app currently. It must be done manually through the existing system tools.
Need a way to easily initiate pairing with a new device.
