For Kudos/Hi-fives

Fork Team PR's ainsleyperfect.herokuapp.com to be reused for Kudos (talk to maks since he generalized it)

For Pair and Kudos

Create a page for the TV screen that shows all the Kudos/Pairs available
Create a widget to pop over any existing TV page showing a new pair or kudos in real-time

Use dese mokx pairs highfives-02 pairs highfives-01

We should start with the TV/web view (most useful; people can bookmark) and do the popups later.

What happens if there are more than 3 yes's and 3 ok's @KHarshawat?

Maybe a column for yes and a column of ok.
