Can you make a new version for marketplace.visualstudio.com (MonoRemoteDebugger)?

My personal feature/wish list: ;-) 1.) Debug different threads 2.) Support simple expressions (ex. "myInstance.FieldName") 3.) [if easy] Support for Visual Basic
