Ecological Site Full Description link not appearing in Soil Info sheet

Description

When viewing the Soil Info sheet (temporary, or site) the link to the Ecological Site Full Description does not appear.

Steps to Reproduce

1. On the Home screen tap the map
2. On the callout, select "learn more"
3. Select "explore the data"
4. Select a soil match from the ranked list
5. See issue

Expected behavior

Under the Ecological Site Name and the Ecological Site ID, the design calls for a link to the Full Ecological Site Description

Actual behavior

No link is seen.

Additional context

A "Rocky" usability tester was looking for this element, because they wanted to be able to review all the potential ESDs for their site (they wanted to review the ESDs and see if any of them matched their expectation). Couldn't find the link.

Alas, I failed to submit our notes from the triage session, but if I recall:

• The person who works on SoilWeb made an API change that broke this. The work to fix it is now being tracked by https://github.com/techmatters/soil-id-algorithm/issues/139. Keeping this issue around to confirm it no longer repros once that issue is fixed.
• The occasional location does have a description link, but most seem not to. Also, many locations seem not to have description text (I imagine this is also unintended behavior).

I can confirm that a link to ESD full description appears on soils where the information exists, eg 41.44651, -76.07723 - last soil series predicted, Cadosia.
