App starts in wrong location on launch #867

From Laura:

The first time (after selecting which Google account to log in with), it centered on my location correctly. I closed and reopened the app to see how the process would go once I had logged in, and this time it did not center on my location. (Stayed in Canada / northeastern US, did not zoom in at all). I tried this process a few more times, and it worked sometimes but not consistently.

I (Lillian) have been noticing sometimes upon launching the app that it will center on the map on the wrong location, even though the blue dot representing my device is clearly in the right place.

Open the app

Expected behavior

Map viewport centers on device location

Actual behavior

Map viewport is not centering on device location

@CourtneyLee333 this is one bug that Laura found during their usability testing, and I've started to see it intermittently as well, but rarely. I haven't labeled it as slim MVP yet, but if you also start encountering it, please comment here, and I'll bump it up in priority.

I've opened the app like ten times on Android and iOS and haven't seen the bug occur again yet, so I'm gonna call this closed.
