Create organization for website articles and resources

@DerekCaelin I'm thinking to get started with with these things, and since it'll mostly just be me and you working on this stuff, let's pare it down to some bite-sized chunks for now. How about, simply:

• News - posts for feature releases and other news.
• Articles - posts for people to learn more about LandPKS concepts (What is Soil ID and why does it matter? and an Intro Series where we can start bringing over articles like this one, etc... )

We can add tags to these posts to help us keep organized as we expand over time, and rework the navigation as we go.

I like the idea of news being post where we share updates about the software, cool things that have happened, etc. Does it make sense that "Articles" as described here are more "pages" than "posts"? "What is Soil ID and why does it matter" likely won't have an author and a timestamp in the way that posts do.
