add LMS Learning Landscapes tile to the Tools page on Terraso

Description

Add a tile for the Learning Landscapes Moodle course modules under the "Tools" page (accessed via the main navigation bar). Based on previous tiles, this tile should contain:

• Hyperlink to the external LMS site.
• Preview of UI.
• Brief explanation of the tool.
• System requirements.

Title: Learning Landscapes Use this tool to:

• Learn how to practice Integrated Landscape Management
• Develop your skills to achieve ILM outputs
