User Story

As a user with permission to edit a site, I can contribute sodium adsorption ratio (SAR) data at numerous soil depths.
SAR is represented as a number between 0 and 50 to one decimal place

Acceptance criteria

I can provide/edit SAR data at various depths for sites I have contributor/manager access to
I can view data provided by others on sites I have permission to view
I can delete SAR data for a given site and start over
As an authenticated user, any data I contribute for SAR should be tracked in the site audit log.
Analytics should be collected according to the spec document

@jodiezhuu my notes on this one were slightly wrong. Instead of two decimal places, I think we only need one. Courtney's designs show one decimal place as well.
