User Story

US app only

• As a user, I can enable an additional soil map data layer to be overlaid on my homescreen base map (political or satellite).
• When the soil map data layer is enabled, I can see the boundaries between various soil map units, and the labels of these map units (e.g. "Ya")
• When I click on the "Soil Map Unit Composition" tile from the site/location dashboard, I should be able to view a percentage breakdown of the soil series found within that map unit, and be able to click on the names of the soils to learn more about them, in a separate webview.
• All of the above will require data connectivity to function.

Acceptance criteria

• All users should see the option to enable the soil map data layer on the home screen map.
• When turned on, the soil map data layer should display as soil map unit boundaries and labels of the map units overlaid on the user's chosen base map.
• When a location is selected, or when a user views the location dashboard, the user should be able to see a percentage breakdown of the possible soil series found at that location, along with links to learn more about each soil.

@ltseng based on the fact that this will require coordination with external LPKS tech folk I am changing the milestone to july since I think that is a more reasonable estimate of when this whole user story might be complete.
