Add Vertical Cracks to Soil ID screen #904

I'm looking through Soil ID parts of the app, and think we might have overlooked something: the Soil Properties Score info sheet says that "Surface Cracking" is included in calculating the score, but we call it "vertical cracks" on the data input screen and we haven't included a place to easily add and display that data and from Soil ID like we did for slope and other soil properties. We need to revisit this design and text to address those issues.

Laura says: That seems to make sense. There seems to be a separate question of whether to call it “Surface Cracking” or “Vertical Cracks” for consistency. From a layperson’s perspective, I’m partial to surface cracking since it’s more descriptive about where you would find them. But it would be worth checking with Jon to make sure that doesn’t mean something different or that the “vertical” descriptor isn’t critical.
