Implement autosave in story maps. Prevent loss of progress when the user navigates away before saving by autosaving progress. See parent issue for details: https://github.com/techmatters/terraso-web-client/issues/2351

[ ] As a user working on a story map, I want to preserve my work if I forget to hit the save/submit button and then navigate away / lose access to the Internet
