Very much looking forward to this - here's a quick blurb:

We are at an amazing time in cosmology and astrophysics, with the deepest ever sky surveys exploring the distant Universe with ever-increasing power. I'll talk about the frontiers of our knowledge of dark matter and dark energy, and about the computing challenges we face, from high-performance image analysis to modelling of complex phenomena. I'll also discuss how the Royal Observatory Edinburgh is starting to connect more widely with the tech industry in the city.

we try to keep them at under 30 min. So ~25 minutes with some questions from the audience if you're OK with that...
