@MariusCiocanel When do we normally update the website/send the email? Are you still able to handle the pizza/drinks if you're not around that day or should one of us take over that? Thanks!

The website should be updated as soon as you know who the speakers are. You can send the email after you update the website ( ideally a week before the event so people can plan their evening if they want to turn up). Douglas bought the drinks last month so I'll have to check if he can do it again this month. I'll ask him if he could order the pizza too but I'll try to order it if he's not able to.

@douglasm sorted out the drinks/pizza. I got my neighbour to come and record the talks. He recorded the talks in July ( https://vimeo.com/104473229 ) so he knows what he's doing :)

Something has come up and I'm unable to make both pre-drinks and TMU. Sorry, all!

Douglas was going to give my number to dominoes pizza but if I'm not there, anyone else willing to give their number for when pizza arrives?
