[WIP] Contact ajax #40

This should only be used with a formspree gold-level account. Otherwise it will fail silently.

This provides some basic functionality to submit form values via ajax from issue #29. This just submits anything in the form. No validation at this point.

@sffitzpatrick I don't think we're planning on upgrading to Formspree Gold. Do you mind if we close this? You should still get credit for Hacktoberfest.
