Fixed #230 #233

Instead of relying on Github Token which is not supported anymore, use the basic auth and create the repo using github_api .

Also , removed tests related to Token

@emilsoman I've added you as a collaborator if you'd like to merge. I've also added you to rubygems.org for jeweler so you should be able to cut a release too. Let me know if you need a different email address for that (I used what was on file for github).
