When switching between multiple open documents, last open isn't updated until the second interaction in the file

Try this:

• open file A
• split vertically
• open file B
• run Hook, and see it shows B
• click on A
• run Hook, and see it still shows B
• click on A again somewhere
• run Hook, see it show A

I'm not sure there is anything we can do using the scripts, because we are dependent on when Obsidian updates the JSON on disk.
