Fix CI #10

master was failing for awhile. Make it a little easier to test locally.

The main thing that won't be the same as Travis is the secrets.yaml.example will be used, rather than the local one. I think it should be possible to mount the secrets.yaml.example as the secrets.yaml in a new docker container, without messing with the 'production secrets.yaml

I made master a protected branch, hopefully this will reduce the temptation to work off master 😓
