New lights

There are a bunch more lights in the kitchen, and the living room. Assign these to groups, and also don't expose ones to alexa that don't need individual control.

Because I'm defaulting all lights to be exposed to Alexa, I need to go and "forget" them through the Alexa web interface, since they'll be offline after hass stops exposing them.
